This notice describes how information submitted through the Dover Moving website is used.

Information we collect

The Fit Checker enquiry form collects your email address, selected category and message. When you request a moving quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, requested moving date and time, locations, property details, access information, inventory and any comments you provide. Please only share information relevant to your move. Our hosting services may process technical request information for security and operation.

How we use and handle it

We use your information to assess your enquiry, contact you, plan your move and maintain enquiry records. Enquiry data is stored using Cloudflare D1; the website runs on Vercel; notification and confirmation emails are sent using Resend and handled in our business mailbox through Zoho Mail. These providers may process information outside Australia. Private availability notes are accessible only through the authorised administration panel.

Cookies and contact services

The private administration panel uses essential cookies for secure sign-in and sessions. SMS and WhatsApp links open services operated by your mobile provider or WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms apply.
